Maintenance & Support Services

A Maintenance Contract with Teltec allows our customers to get on with the running of their business, knowing that should there be a failure with any part of the telephone system there is an experienced engineer ready to solve the problem. Our Telephone Helpdesk is ready to assist, giving advice, solving problems and whenever necessary arranging engineers to visit site.
Our standard maintenance contract cover is as follows -
- Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm On-Site or Remote Support
- 4 hour Response For Critical Cover (i.e. you cannot make or receive calls)
- Max 16 Hour Fix Responce For Critical Faults
- 16 hours Response Non Critical Cover (anything else)
- Remote Diagnostics & Programming where possible
- System programming Back Up after every change
- Out Of hours Cover available but additional costs may apply

Our Engineers work on-site or remotely via dialling in to systems.
